Adorable. Cutest little house on the block. Location was perfect and walkable to everything. Quiet and safe while still being downtown. Check in was easy and parking right next to the home was so nice.

Anna was extremely attentive and made sure we had all of the information we needed before we arrived. The house is very clean located next to lots of great nightlife. Highly recommend staying here and hopefully we can book it again the next time we’re in Sarasota!

This is a great little house in a fantastic location. 5-7 minute walk from most anywhere in downtown for dinner or lunch. 100 yards from Owens Fish Camp. There is tandem parking for 2 cars. Everything was almost brand new. Even the knives were sharp....think about that. We have booked this again for another trip. Front porch is great for evening cocktails. Neighborhood is very safe

The house was awesome and we would definitely stay again. The location is private but we were able to easily walk to shops and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. The back porch was great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Absolutely love this place!! Beautifully renovated and close to it all! Only small annoyances..the door lock often glitches leaving you outdoors for a few minutes. Also, it would have been nice to provide a dresser for clothes although the closets have shelves. Other than this, the place it a dream little home away from home!

This was a fantastic place to stay- tucked away on a charming street but very close to the water, restaurants and entertainment. Despite being very close to Owen’s Fish Camp (which is a terrific bonus!), it was never noisy or disruptive. The house is adorable and extremely clean. We were very comfortable there and will definitely go back when we return to Sarasota.

This place has been a sanctuary in the midst of the clear up from hurricanes. Anna and the team were proactive in managing our stay in the midst of hurricane Milton and kept us informed when the property was available once the storm had passed. It was super clean, with beautiful furnishings and had everything you could need to make you feel at home. It’s an easy walk to many lovely restaurants and stores. We have already recommended this place to friends!

This home was so tidy and well decorated. I absolutely adored the quaint neighborhood right downtown. We got a chance to walk to dinner and loved how close it is to everything. This place is exquisite - clean, updated, high tech - I felt like a queen. It had the perfect surroundings to meet with my co-worker and be productive. And it is right in the middle of an extremely walkable area. It was convenient to visit the beach, and all kinds of quaint places to eat and shop. The neighborhood has a great history as well - this place was exactly right.
