This was our second stay at one of Anna’s properties in this beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is walkable to downtown and nearby shops and restaurants. The property was even more spacious than we expected from the photos! We had plenty of room for our family of four (two kids and two adults) to enjoy the inside as well as the beautiful, private outdoor terrace. Anna is a wonderful host, and we plan to book another stay with her during our next stay in Sarasota!

Such a gem and I would not hesitate to rebook or recommend! The location was convenient and walkable to restaurants, shopping, Bayfront, Whole Foods and much more. The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-month stay at this property. Anna was cheerful and very responsive to any issues that arose, which made us feel well taken care of. The house was spacious, clean, and had plenty of storage space. The yard was beautifully landscaped, and the lovely Live Oak trees provided wonderful shade. The kitchen was adequately equipped with dishes, pots, and pans. However, unlike many Airbnb properties, there were no basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, sugar, or oil. We were a little surprised by this and had to make extra trips to the grocery store, especially given our long stay. We especially loved relaxing on the peaceful enclosed lanai, enjoying the birds and nature sounds. It was a true highlight of our time here. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This stay was amazing, we had lots of fun in the pool, there were lots of places to go to, and the house was really clean. The board games in the bunk bed room were also entertaining

We chose this AirBNB because of its proximity to friends and relatives AND because of the heated saltwater pool. We loved the pool -- we swam every evening -- the temperature was perfect. We found good local restaurants and coffee shops close by. We also loved the surprising variety of birds in such an urban area -- crows migrating, ibis (with youngsters) in the surrounding yards, and happy mockingbirds. On our last evening's swim, we even saw a single flamingo fly over! 🦩 The neighborhood was very quiet, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, and the washer/dryer was very convenient. Anna was an great communicator and a very accommodating hostess. We would definitely return if we were ever in the area again.

Our stay at Anna’s townhouse was excellent from start to finish. The house was perfectly appointed with everything we could possibly need. It was clear that a lot of thought went into the details, and the place had a great sense of style without feeling overdone. It was also a perfect place to stay during spring training. The house was comfortable, relaxing, and a great home base after long days at the ballpark and evenings downtown. The beds were extremely comfortable, which we definitely needed after long days out. The entire home was spotless, bright, and welcoming. Everything felt well cared for and properly maintained. Overall, it was a great place to stay and one we would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about this Sarasota Gem. Anna was so responsive, we were able to walk everywhere and the home had just about everything we needed. It was truly like a home away from home.

second stay here for 11 days. an excellent place to base out of Sarasota. Walking distance to anywhere downtown. Nice and quiet, lovely patio for time outside. Would definitely stay again.
