Unit was clean and ready for use upon arrival. Ana was available when needed. Very comfortable. Lots of privacy. Great gathering space and kitchen. Nice having a garage for safety and to keep the car out of the sun.

The townhouse was lovely and had everything we needed. We loved the location and the ability to walk or take the trolley to many restaurants in downtown and St. Armands circle. We will definitely be back!

House was awesome. At first we couldn’t find it from the address alone but then when I used the welcome email with more detailed instructions we found it. The only complaint I have is the shower (in the hallway bathroom) has a restricted piece on the shower head that I would’ve preferred was removed because the water barely came out but otherwise house was spotless and accommodating. We come to Sarasota a a few times a year and I would plan to stay here again.
