HOUSE RULES: Guests must read the full description before booking. If your home is not as described, or listed amenities are not present and affect your stay, please cancel immediately. By continuing your stay, you are confirming that the property is as described. Check-in is after 4pm (please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 9pm but calls won’t be answered). For our guests and Airbnb managers I am available daily to help with any questions or concerns from 9am-9pm. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine. Please smoke outside. No parties, as per Airbnb rules. Authorized early check-in and late check-out is $50 per hour, if no same day check in is scheduled. No pets on the top of the furniture. Non-authorized late check out is $100/hr. Non-authorized extra persons are $50 per person, per night. For properties with Dogs OK - $100 non-refundable pet fee (per stay). For multiple dogs(if permitted), additional pet fees will apply. You have to pick up all your pet waste around the house and in the backyard. If we must do it, there will be a fee of $150 All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund. Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in. Before we confirm your booking request, you must acknowledge that you agree to our house rules and are willing to provide a photo of your ID as the responsible party for the reservation. The photo and name on your ID must match the photo and name in your profile. Reservations for third parties are not allowed. Thank you.
