The location provides access everything Sarasota. Six miles to Lido Key Beach and 1/4 ml to downtown, 1 block to a 20 mile walk-bike path and 2 miles to Sarasota Memorial Hospital - 1950's established neighborhood. The Ringling Museum & golf courses. Restaurants and a mall are within a 15 minutes drive. The interior was freshly painted in May 2024 for a quality upgrade. Traffic is audible when all the windows are open. Pets must be accepted.

Paver Park Estates is a mid-20th century residential development east of downtown Sarasota. Homes for sale here draw the buyers’ attention because of the estates’ superb location. Recently the walking and biking "Legacy Trail" was routed along the edge of the neighborhood. The acreage of Paver Park Estates spreads between Shade and Tuttle Avenues. This site is only about a quarter mile south of the eastern terminus of downtown’s Main Street and Ringling Boulevard.
