Very cute little place in a nice neighborhood. Parking is easy, neighborhood is safe, and it's walkable to the pier and to the main downtown area with good restaurants and outdoor dining, etc. Cafe down the street weirdly only serves coffee with oat milk. There was a really heavy rainstorm overnight (as in, pounding rain that woke me up) and some ants (only maybe 15) invaded the kitchen but host was very responsive and sprayed outside and that solved the problem immediately. House is spotless, comfortable, and overall wonderful and I highly recommend and I will not hesitate to stay there again!

Wonderful stay at the Urban Luxe Retreat! I appreciated Tia’s communication and attention to our visit. The villa-style apartment is in a perfect spot for visiting Sarasota, FL. Nestled near Burns Court, the location offers visitors a friendly and comfortable home near wonderful coffee shops, bakeries, and local dining spots. It is perfect for strolling the arts district, St Armand’s Circle, and the local beaches. The bright white painted compound is reminiscent of the cliffside homes on the Santorini Grecian islands. The interior is spacious, with amenities like a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machines. We preferred to visit Project Coffee steps away or O and A on Main St during our stay. Coming home to visit family requires a positive and rested mind. We will be sure to share this gem with family and friends.

OMG! This place is absolutely amazing and prime location. The space has abundance of natural light and you don’t hear any of the street noise. The neighborhood is safe and extremely walkable. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Owen’s fish camp is across the street and was the best place we ate in all of Sarasota The parking nearby was always available for us as well.
