second stay here for 11 days. an excellent place to base out of Sarasota. Walking distance to anywhere downtown. Nice and quiet, lovely patio for time outside. Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time I have used Anna's property. This time was for my daughter. I knew the location was quiet, safe and walkable to downtown. Anna's properties are clean, well appointed and well decorated. Her communication is quick and she is extremely easy to work with. We will be using Anna's properties every time we come to Sarasota. You will not be dissapointed.

The location was great - very quiet! Only $8 Uber ride away from Siesta Key Beach! So we didn’t have to rent a car! We used Uber; and Breeze and Bay Runner trolleys - which was so much fun, especially for kids! The house was very neat and clean! They even had thin cotton beach towels and beach chairs! If you love to sleep on cotton sheets I highly recommend to bring your own or let the owner know in advance - she is very open to switching them from microfiber to cotton! House looks freshly remodeled - everything looks new and well done! Amazing bath tub, warm water in outdoor screened in pool! If you are crunchy like me you would probably like to know that they didn’t have any plug-in air refreshers, thank goodness! Overall we had an amazing experience! Host Anna was very quick to respond on this app!

Great place and location. Amazing internet and tv access - we had a big game we wanted to watch. Loved the neighborhood. Quiet, relaxed, had everything. Would definetly stay again!

This property is in the perfect location in downtown Sarasota - 5 minutes to walk into town but in a quiet neighborhood near great restaurants and cute shops. Anna was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The home was immaculate and was the perfect place for our five day stay in Sarasota!

What a beautiful house and location. My fiancée and I stayed here leading up to our wedding and couldn’t have been happier. Anna was proactive in communicating and gave detailed instructions on logistics and parking. Would absolutely love to visit again.

Our family cannot thank Anna enough! She is a fantastic host. Her apartment in Sarasota was perfect for our family birthday celebrations. I don’t believe I had to ask one question before during or after our stay. We received all information in a timely, efficient and super friendly manner. The apartment was squeaky clean and beautifully furnished. It was located in the safe and picturesque historic district of Sarasota within walking distance to the entire city and harbor. There is a little cinema across the street from the apartment and a restaurant a block away with the kindest staff. We will definitely return to stay here again. Thank you Anna!

Anna’s place was super cozy and had everything we needed for our long weekend. She kindly accommodated us and our fur babies at the last minute, and her place was even better than we hoped. She provided clear, prompt instructions, which made check-in very easy. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Anna's Airbnb. It was charming place with great decor, and the back patio was lovely too. Beds were super comfortable and communication was great. We most of all loved the location. It was only a twenty step walk to Owens Fish Camp which we went to every night. Great food & live music! We will come back for a future stay
